                GENERAL POLICIES                            

1. All accounts must be paid in full before merchandise is picked up or sent to alterations.

2. No refunds- All sales are final.

3. $40.00 fee on all returned checks.

4. 50% non-refundable deposit on all special orders.

5. We reserve the right to refuse service  to anyone.  

 

 

                       GOWN POLICIES

1. Wedding Gowns over $300 will have normal alterations done at no charge.

2. We do not cover the cost of alterations on any other gowns. You may either take your gown to whomever you choose for alterations. We do have a local seamstress who picks up a couple times a week. Her standard fees are: Bridesmaids-$35, Beaded or Ball Gowns-$45 and up, Wedding Gowns-$45 and up, if it did not qualify for free alterations.(Rush fees may apply if within two wks.)

3.Special order gowns must be tried on within two weeks of their arrival in our store.

4. Any gown which requires alterations, in which you would like our seamstress to work on, must be tried on at least two weeks prior to the events.

5. All bridesmaid gowns must be paid for in full within 30 days of their arrival regardless of the wedding date.

6. No gown will be sent to alterations or picked up until it is paid in full.

 

                     HOUSE ACCOUNTS

1. 90 day house account

2. 25% down payment

3. Payment due every 2 weeks

4. Not responsible for changes in size

5. No refund-(even if you cancel)

6. Must be at least 18 years old

7.  We offer this as a convenience for our customers. But please understand, because our business is so seasonal, once we pull a gown from the floor for you, if you change your mind and decide you don't want it, we may have already lost other sales on it.  We can not simply give you your money back and be stuck with a gown that's selling season has passed.

 

                    RENTAL POLICIES

1. All rental attire must be tried on by 4p.m. the Thurs. before the Sat. event to ensure a proper fit.

2. Rentals are due back on the Mon. after the event or there will be  a $25 per day late fee. Any item not returned by Wed. after use will be considered stolen property and appropriate action will be taken.

3. A damage deposit may be held on rental items.

4. These are rental items and not tailor made, however, every effort will be made to insure proper fit.

5. Rental equipment must be returned on the first business day after use and in good condition in order to get your deposit back.
